About Pulaski County Public Library
The Pulaski County Public Library is located on the banks of the Tippecanoe River in Winamac, Indiana. Situated on the traditional Potawatomi and Miami Peoples' land, the town's name honors Potawatomi Chief Winamac. Pulaski County, pronounced by locals as Pula-SKY, was named in honor of a Polish nobleman, and American Revolutionary War general, Casimir Pulaski. The mission of the Pulaski County Public Library is to continually improve our service to the patrons of our library district. We seek to provide a comprehensive collection of materials in a wide variety of formats. Our intent is to enrich our patrons' lives educationally and recreationally.
